The staff are extremely welcoming. They are so friendly and helpful. I had some questions regarding some of the products, and they explained everything to me professiinall, as well as mentioned their own personal experiences with products and how they use them. I have never truly had such a great interaction at any dispensary in my life. I would absolutely shop here again, as well as recommend it to my friends and family.

Nice group of people. They do bring in popular strains and will if possible any product request. Certain times of days are busier than others, but overall they are pretty quick. The manager really cares about the customers and if they are happy with their purchase. Most products are cheaper than other stores in the city. Sometimes even cheap than medical Lpees.

Good menu, and really friendly staff. The manager was really nice and knowledgeable. I have no idea how this store and the oshawa store are owned by the same company, cause that oshawa location is terrible.

Unbelievable selection! Not just the same old stuff you see everywhere else! New and uncommon strains, huge selection of drinks and edibles I’d never heard of! Tons of cool accessories! The staff was REALLY knowledgeable and super friendly! The store has a very chill vibe! I’m gonna be spending a lot of time (and money) here!

Another hidden gem! Parking was easy and their selection was very good. The men and women behind the counter knew their products well and were very easy to talk to. Everyone was super knowledgeable and very friendly. They helped us with great recommendations. We’ll be shopping here in the future. I’d rate this place over five stars if I could. Great job!

Parking is available right out front. Inside the store was clean and organized. The staff were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about all their products including their accessories. I am a budtender in Collingwood at Treetz. Groovy's is where I shop the most when I am visiting friends and family in Wasaga Beach which is a lot. Tiny and funkadelic, this shop has such a huge selection of anything one could need. Good hours of operation. Friendly service from the owners and manager Leslie! I wear my Groovy's toque at Treetz. Plenty of parking. Handicap accessible as it is a flat entry way. Whoever left the crappy review has never been in this shop ever. Thanks for continued amazing service!
