One of my favourite shops to go to. The store is beautiful and welcoming. The staff are so nice and helpful. Also very educated on products. There are also daily deals, so every time I come, I spend less than I was expecting which I love. So happy having this place in the neighbourhood. Cannot wait for the summer so I can buy some pre rolls and go to the park

There is significant competition in this business with great locations everywhere now and small differences in product quality, selection and pricing. As a seasoned businessman I can confidently say it’s your Human Resources and the experience they create for customers that can make the real difference in customer satisfaction and retention. I’ve become quite a regular here during the pandemic. I visited the store before lockdown for the first time. Staff is very friendly. I’ve been placing my orders online, and then would do pick up in store. So far orders have been ready in 10mins. Since the lockdown I still do online and pick up curbside. I have also just shown up at the door (curbside) and placed an order and within minutes had it. The store is very clean.
