There is significant competition in this business with great locations everywhere now and small differences in product quality, selection and pricing. As a seasoned businessman I can confidently say it’s your Human Resources and the experience they create for customers that can make the real difference in customer satisfaction and retention. While all my staff interactions have been great, of particular note and mention must be made of Robert Jaicarran who has routinely made it a pleasure returning to do business !!! House of Bud is literally my 2nd home!! I love the staff so so much and their reco's are always on point! Black Sero 'Q is definitely my fave strain from their curated menu!

Love this dispensary! Everyone is very friendly/informative and there are always creative events taking place. I love that they are actively bringing individuals together, engaging in the community AND providing quality bud.

My favourite dispensary, bud tenders in store are all super nice people, not many small sizes, but if you’re looking to buy $30+ they’ve got great high grade half quarters

I’ve become quite a regular here during the pandemic. I visited the store before lockdown for the first time. Staff is very friendly. I’ve been placing my orders online, and then would do pick up in store. So far orders have been ready in 10mins. Since the lockdown I still do online and pick up curbside. I have also just shown up at the door (curbside) and placed an order and within minutes had it. The store is very clean.

The layout is great! I really appreciated how accessible it is to those using mobility devices. Also, the staff seemed pretty down to earth & also super knowledgeable about products. Such a great addition to Dufferin mall! :)

Sometimes it’s hard to tell the difference between one weed shop and another, but this place is the very best!! It has a great selection, but the staff is what really makes it so unique—Jeremiah and the whole team really get it, and they always go the extra mile for a good customer. Don’t go anywhere else! If kindness is what you seek, this is the place.

This place has everything you need and the prices are just dang great.I don’t have to go anywhere else. The vibes always very welcoming, love the art and music and the staff are ALWAYS so friendly.
