The person I spoke to was nice, accommodating, and helpful on the phone. Gave me all the information I needed. He was patient till I finalized my order. A really good variety of products that I haven't been able to come across anywhere else. Pretty decent and reliable. I would recommend it!

As someone that lives in the east end of Hamilton where there aren't quite as many dispensaries packed into a smaller area, this is easily my favourite. The budtenders are always helpful and knowledgeable, super nice, and the overall experience of shopping here is great. I've happily been a regular customer since this location was opened.

I recently visited Oki Cannabis Dispensary in Brampton and was blown away by the selection, quality, and customer service. The staff were knowledgeable and helpful in guiding me through the wide variety of products available. The budtenders were also very friendly and took the time to answer all of my questions. I left with some top shelf weed and can't wait to go back. Oki Cannabis Dispensary is definitely the best dispensary in Brampton!

There is significant competition in this business with great locations everywhere now and small differences in product quality, selection and pricing. As a seasoned businessman I can confidently say it’s your Human Resources and the experience they create for customers that can make the real difference in customer satisfaction and retention. Another little known location in Wingham! The pickup order was just as we placed. The staff were incredibly friendly and very helpful with all our questions. If you’re ordering from a dispensary in Wingham, use Cannabis Xpress! You can’t beat their prices or their quick and reliable service!
