Blue Nina is the reason I am making it thru pre menopause symptoms. Leafly wont let me list any more than four but I know this, when Im not feeling so "normal" I hit Blue Nina as a wake n bake and boy does Blue Nina freaking DELIVER! This strain also helps with PMS and cramps. Believe me, Im not a nasty snot on Blue Nina. I STRONGLY recommend Blue Nina for PMS, cramps and overall hormone yuckiness you feel during those times.
