Shaman is a strain that makes me feel more awake, upbeat, and creative — perfect for when I need to move around or focus on something. The flavor is just how I like it: a fresh leafy taste with citrusy notes, light but distinctive. I also notice a really pleasant urge to drink water or something non-alcoholic, like my body’s asking for refreshing hydration. With moderate THC levels, it hits gently and doesn’t trigger my anxiety, which is a big plus for me. I wouldn’t recommend it before bed, though — it keeps my mind active for a while. Great for anyone looking for clarity, movement, and a smooth daytime high.
Great morning smoke, very clean and uplifting. Makes me feel productive and social. You don't feel very high, but slap happy.
Nugs smell like berries and pine. Tastes like pine lumber and berries when smoked. It's a smooth smoke, not cough inducing at all. Great in a spliff compared to other strains!
Makes the room smell like straight hash and resin. No skunkiness, pure hash smell.
The plants grow TALL!!!! They are fast flowering, but really tall indoors. I found they like being topped about 10 days into flower to stop the ridiculous stretching. Fast flowering and cheap seeds however. You could grow this without a carbon filter! They only smell when trimming.
Only gave 4/5 stars because the thc%, it's a really nice change of pace to smoke this uplifting old school stuff.
Great strong head high, I enjoy the piney tones on the smoke. Definitely a great bud for knocking out the last hour of work or doing chores or gaming.
Does what it says on the tin achieved a shamanic high and felt interconnected. Sative so great with groups, would highly reccomend this strain. Don't hold back.

Amazing bud. Picked up an eighth from my dispensary and I'm very happy. A little weaker in strength but an amazing smoke. I've smoked it in a cone but I think a bowl or bong is the way to go. The flavor is amazing. If you like a musky grape patchouli, this is the one. Beautiful purple buds with a hint of moss green and covered in suger. Very skunky aroma that permeates through a bag so keep this girl sealed away!
This is a connesueir's herb. A pleasant smoke for sure!
Had this 24 years ago. All the Purple strains from Dutch Passion strike me as very well-balanced as none of them have ever caused me any anxiety paranoia. Highly recommend for the beautiful flowery taste and smell. When you have this it really feels natural and healthy. The effects are very mellow. Not suitable if you want to have an ultra-potent high as it will be difficult to achieve with this. Very functional strain. For high THC purple go GDP

We tried this strain today and it’s going on our top favorites list.
You can taste the grape from Purple#1 from the first pull.
This is a strain that is a lot stronger than I thought, estimated around 14%. Personally I had this strain over thirty years ago, this is the original purple skunk. I grew this myself and I have to say that this strain does purple, some more so than others, I have three plants at 4 and half foot tall. They are bushy and an indoor grow, the smell is not strong, the flavor tastes like hard candies which is nice, the smoke is extremely smooth. The high itself is great for focus, very pleasant with no paranoia. This strain is a creeper and will daze you, afterwards enjoy a smooth uplifting energetic high that lasts anywhere between 3 to 6 hours.
