All time favorite indica! I lost my original genetic, and had to wait two years to find quality seeds. It was worth it. My wife suffers from Crohn’s, anxiety, and arthritis. I’m all messed up: cervical surgery, shoulder surgery, nerve surgery, 20+ cortisone shots, another pinched nerve. I was introduced to cannabis over 30 years ago. I’ve been growing and extracting for several. This is the best pain relief and sleep aid strain that I’ve ever experienced. The only cannabis product that I’ve found to be more effective is a quality RSO. Even as a very heavy and experienced consumer I can’t get through a joint. I’ve woken up sitting on the couch, holding a joint. My original pheno was yielding around 20% through a 90 micron bag in my NugSmasher press.

Not bad at all. This one was cultivated at hanging gardens in Johnstown, PA. Pleasant high that helps me sleep well. Earthy tasting as hell though. Not sure I dig that.

First time smoking it tonight. Pure mental and emotional sedation came on first and then my pain melted away. I knew if I shut my eyes I would sleep like a kitten but it was just as easy to keep my eyes open and watch the world pass by slowly on the TV. Perfect balance.

I love indicas, they relax my mind enough to get rid of my anxiety. This one instantly tossed my anxiety out the window and i could think! My muscles are loose and im in love yall!

I have 2 finishing up growing now. One of them has the dark purple/ black leaves all around the buds. A really beautiful plant. I will check back after it’s cured, for a effects review.

For starters I hail from the land of no cannabis. Or cannabis that could just narrowly even be called cannabis. Swag, brickweed, or shitty outdoor. Now my wife and kids and I live in Kesey Country, Oregon. To me, this is CannaHeaven. Ok, The Black. Or Black. This incredible strain has literally made everyday I'm able to medicate with it 100% better. I suffer from CRPS. It's living hell. I recently stumbked across the Best Dispensarybin Eugene here, River Valley Remedies. Classy, classy joint. (Pun intended) Basically a 21st Century apothecary. And stocked medicinally as such. I saw the profile of The Black, looked it up here on Leafy and took the chance. I'm grateful as all get out that I did. The changes in my mood, my sleep, and my pain are so pronounced I forgot I had CRPS!! Like the last reviewer who's father was working with DJ Short and grew this strain said, it'll knock your ass out. If you're lucky enough to find it, that is. Thank you River Valley Remedies for holding an ounce for me for $60! 🙏 I actually got a text from the owner, as he knew it worked well for me pain wise. When I saw it was "sale day" and $60 ounces, I couldnt get down there quick enough. And when I did, man oh man...big ass buds, dark as night. Unless you shine some sunlight on the buds and they look like stock grown moonrocks. This cannabis is simply amazing! Grateful as Fuck!

This strain is probably a top 5 true Indica strain. Relaxation is an understatement. You can have a case of cola and a pitcher of coffee and this one will still put you to deep sleep.
