Really wish they had a menu so I can see what they have on my phone.

I am fairly new to cannabis use in general, but I had been wanting to find myself a vape cartridge with a higher cbd content, but was a bit clueless on where to start. This was my first time in the store, and honestly I was blown away with everything. I wish I could have gotten the name of the budtender who helped me out, but they were amazing. They listened to what I was looking for, and even helped me find a cartridge within my budget. Amazing customer service and a wonderful vibe in the place. And yeah thanks to the budtender’s recommendation, I have my new go-to cartridge :) Highly recommend this awesome locally owned dispensary.

Great crew at a great shop. Pricing and selection is good, and I have never been steered wrong by any of their Budtenders when I’m looking for suggestions.

The tranquil atmosphere it presents is incredibly soothing, and the attendant behind the counter was an absolute delight. Her impeccable recommendations heightened my shopping experience, and the suggested products worked wonders in improving my sleep quality. It's important to clarify that while they didn't provide medical advice, their thoughtful suggestions for someone new to cannabis ended up positively impacting my sleep. This establishment deserves far more recognition, and the gentleman on staff is exceptionally kind. His reliable expertise in suggesting the perfect cannabis product, coupled with his warm smile, truly sets this store apart. Personally, I cannot envision myself patronizing any other establishments. Best store in Valleyview, best store north of Edmonton. Staff knows whats up, killer selection, love this place. HIGHly recommend.

The staff is extremely polite, the atmosphere is upbeat and always helpful. Very happy to see the website has updated and there are more options available, such as reserve and pay instore. Will definately be returning.

First of all, I’m not one to write reviews but felt that this should not go without some sort of recognition. I visited you’re store in fox creek BC this evening, just passing through. I was greeted by a young man and I’m seriously disappointed I didn’t get his name! I’m sure you can check the schedule to see who was working Friday night feb 4. Let me just say, WOW! The bud tender in this locations was friendly, polite, extremely knowledgeable and Passionate in the position he holds, I was stopping in on a charter bus heading to Edmonton and was in a bit of rush, the budtender quickly but calmly proceeded to point in the direction of what I was asking (satins please) literally immediately recommended a product and knew percentages and Cost just from his own knowledge without having to check anything, he knew, he is obviously up to date with product knowledge and pays attention to what the local branding reps such as tweed and canopy, etc. Are saying when they walk in the store. I’m telling you now, I have ran a business for 10 plus years and finding somebody that is passionate about your business is extremely rare and you need to recognize this young man for it, he will make you much much money but also many returning customers, the cannabis market has become very competitive very fast and I believe keeping people like this young man a part of your company and business for years to come, with also giving him growth within the company as well will bring you more business than what you could imagine, you can make your store look classy, rustic, beautiful which are all of the things I seen as your atmosphere however without his presence or a passionate employees presence can certainly deflect that experience, keep up the good work sir bud tender, Quito’s to you and thank you for my great experience today, I will be back!

The old manager that a lot of these reviews seem to be about is gone! There is new management and new staff who are all super friendly and helpful!!! I choose Plantlife 11/10 times!

Kimmy is an absolute gem!! She’s so kind and really knows her products and she’s also extremely helpful, knowledgeable, patient and understanding. I love F&L for the selection, deals and community support. Definitely my first stop when shopping for cannabis.

Always helpful on products, great prices, friendly atmosphere, as well it is the only dispensary I like going to. Saying such I was never big on dispensaries but they caught me by surprise. No complaints or had any issue; worth checking out if you are in the neighborhood.

I do not like that the web page is not updated on a regular so a person can see what is in stock and the prices that they are going to pay.
