They can it best buds for a reason. All the staff is knowledge and helpful and the products that they carry are just better then most. Also the selection is greater then most as well. As long as the one in airdrie is open that will be the store for me. I have been to some other really good stores but this one takes the cake

I was impressed from the minute I walked in the door! The atmosphere is so relaxing and comfortable. Tora is so knowledgable about all of the products and can answer any questions a rookie like me may have. It's the only place I will go to buy cannabis as they never lead me astray!

This place as the best selection of pre-rolls and cartridges I have seen in a dispensary so far and I have been to many!! Shak is the man and will always take good care of you regardless if your only buying a pre-roll or an ounce. The selection is always being rotated around which I love because you will always see something new to give a try instead of the same old products that everywhere carries. If your looking for the best service with no pressure sales then go see Shak at Cloud 420 and I'm sure you'll see the difference between customer service here compared to everywhere else. Absolutely love this place!!

There was a computer issue & it was not showing my account rewards (which I wanted to use this purchase). Cory was extremely helpful about the situation, he apologized for the situation & was able to issue the missing amount no problem. It was super awesome & made me hella happy!!! Absolutely love this place!! All the staff are so wonderful and kind, they make an effort to get to know you and always have great recommendations. I've recently gotten my medical mj document and they have been so helpful with explaining things like terpenes and usage methods etc., it's just so nice to have them spend the time and help me choose the best products for me. Plus we can bring our dog in - and he loves the staff too!
