It is always such a great experience shopping at Shades. The staff are so knowledgeable and friendly. They take the time to really get to know their patrons. (By name in fact). I can trust in any recommendation I am given because the staff know me and know what I will benefit from most. Nice little shop, small but a great selection, hash, wax, shatter, live risen, many different types of THC and CBD infused drinks and teas. Indica and Sativa ounces, CBD strains, and many more, for a little shop they are noticed.

The Staff were super friendly, the atmosphere was amazing (best store I have been to) and the location is incredible. They are situated on the way to Kalamalka Lake and have soo many parking spots, discrete entrance as well for anyone who might be worried about being seen entering or exiting a dispensary!!

I love everything about this store, they have wonderful customer service and are very knowledgeable about their products. They have a wide variety of great products, and not all are super expensive. It was very nice to see lots of coast effective products.

Jeremy has been a great help when I am able to get back to Cache Creek and visit. He is very helpful and a great salesperson. The Cache Creek store has a great selection and good prices.

Absolutely amazing people work there. Owner definitely contains business ethics. They will rather dump a lot of unopened products just because the owner doesn’t want to sell anything old to his customers. Always has what I want, always keeps everything on stock. This shop has never disappointed me since it opened up.

Staff is great, if they don't have what you need/want they will try to find somthing similar! Most of the staff know what I like and are quick with a suggestion and it's typically great!
