First time in the store. Best customer service I think I’ve ever gotten. Staff were super friendly, knowledgeable of the product and very helpful. I didn’t feel overwhelmed with my choices. They helped me choose between a couple of choices. I plan on going back that’s for sure !!!!

I have been to all the dispensaries in town and I always end up back here. They have the best selection and prices in town. They have tons of sales on and I have paid $15 more a jar of flower at other stores. the budtenders are knowledgeable and are always happy. The tunes are also bumpin. I go here at least twice a week. Nice to also support a family business and not the big corporations.

This place as the best selection of pre-rolls and cartridges I have seen in a dispensary so far and I have been to many!! Shak is the man and will always take good care of you regardless if your only buying a pre-roll or an ounce. The selection is always being rotated around which I love because you will always see something new to give a try instead of the same old products that everywhere carries. If your looking for the best service with no pressure sales then go see Shak at Cloud 420 and I'm sure you'll see the difference between customer service here compared to everywhere else. As long as the one in airdrie is open that will be the store for me. I have been to some other really good stores but this one takes the cake
