There is significant competition in this business with great locations everywhere now and small differences in product quality, selection and pricing. As a seasoned businessman I can confidently say it’s your Human Resources and the experience they create for customers that can make the real difference in customer satisfaction and retention. While all my staff interactions have been great, of particular note and mention must be made of Robert Jaicarran who has routinely made it a pleasure returning to do business !!! The interior is lovely and the staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. It was fun to just nerd out about the industry and strains with the employee. The menu was really concise and high quality. I would for sure recommend this dispensary to anyone in Ajax.

I’ve become quite a regular here during the pandemic. I visited the store before lockdown for the first time. Staff is very friendly. I’ve been placing my orders online, and then would do pick up in store. So far orders have been ready in 10mins. Since the lockdown I still do online and pick up curbside. I have also just shown up at the door (curbside) and placed an order and within minutes had it. The store is very clean.

I was able to be there from the opening day. This store has an authentic look as the brand's image. The salesmen are nice. One thing to note, they sell the cheapest cookies than any other dispensary. I tried to find cheaper but no! So I was able to buy a pack of Gary Payton for $53 the day before. I was given last summer's batch. I went to Cookies today and they are selling the last batch of December with -20% discount. So good price, good look, good quality. Anyway, only good things about this store !
