Best weed dispensaries in Hamilton, Ontario with authentic reviews

It was my first visit to the store to pickup an online order (which was ordered earlier and was ready promptly for pickup), and I got to meet the owner (I believe) who gave me a tour. We had a chat and she recommended a few products to me. They were excellent. The atmosphere is pretty chill and there's a neat display of different cannabis flower in these orbs that have a magnifying glass and holes for smells to come through. It was a pretty cool setup. I'll try to shop here more if I can. Check them out!

I've been coming to this shop for a couple of years, and it is my go-to. The staff are all friendly (I've never had a negative interaction with any of them, even though I'm a bit socially inept myself) and helpful; I don't usually like excessive sales help, but in this shop it feels more like they're offering to answer questions rather than to push product. The location is very convenient, being right off the West Mall at the QEW (it's the easiest dispensary to drive to from south Mississauga), the store is always clean, and the web site stock always seems to be accurately synced with the store stock. The only thing I will add about this dispensary that isn't glowingly positive is more of a friendly suggestion than something to find fault with. If the selection was broader, I would probably only wind up going to this dispensary, but sometimes other shops have had a greater variety of certain items or categories of item. If the selection was broadened, that would be great. I should add that the shop feels safe and professional. I'm sure we've all been to a few skeezy legal dispenaries that despite being licensed, still felt a bit sketchy. This shop isn't like that at all, to the point that my wife (who doesn't consume cannabis) came in with me one time and commented that it was vastly different from what she expected.

I have been ordering from highland for yrs now. I only found it on Google search and I'm glad I did. I have gotten help on what to purchase from Gloria and Beatrice, Nick and if I forgot anyone I'm sorry....I'm old lol. Oh and today's my birthday and they made my day perfectly perfect. I can't say enuff about the staff there becus really there are no words for being patient kind and helpful with customers. I work retail and it takes alot of talent to deal with people's moods at times. So overall, this is my store and i refer it to anyone who will listen. Thank you friends. Love ya all Karen

There is significant competition in this business with great locations everywhere now and small differences in product quality, selection and pricing. As a seasoned businessman I can confidently say it’s your Human Resources and the experience they create for customers that can make the real difference in customer satisfaction and retention. While all my staff interactions have been great, of particular note and mention must be made of Robert Jaicarran who has routinely made it a pleasure returning to do business !!! Easily the best dispensary I’ve ever been too! Tom and Bre are knowledgeable, friendly and incredibly professional. They know their products very well, offering new shipments weekly, and always looking to get the best product in your hands. The store is clean, welcoming and extremely organized. It also has two esteemed K9 bud tenders that will be sure to make you forget why you came; between the licks and bouts for your attention. PLEASE don’t let them scare you as they’re beyond friendly!! I’ve tried countless dispensaries in Waterloo and I won’t go to any other than Uptown. From the minute you step foot through the door you’ll notice the Uptown difference. #uptownwaterloo

This is by far the best spot in town. Really educated bud tenders. 7 mood walls based on terpene profiles instead of indica or Sativa.

Bright clean store. Cool atmosphere. Helpful friendly staff. Love the touchscreen order kiosks. Can pre order and pickup from a locker if you don’t want to interact with anyone.
