They know their products very well, offering new shipments weekly, and always looking to get the best product in your hands. The store is clean, welcoming and extremely organized. It also has two esteemed K9 bud tenders that will be sure to make you forget why you came; between the licks and bouts for your attention. PLEASE don’t let them scare you as they’re beyond friendly!! Initially had some issue with a defective device that I could not get a refund. The manager reached out and did everything he could to make it right. Thankful for Phelan’s support in the matter. They have a good variety of products and nice staff.
