Best selection and prices out of any of the stores I've been to downtown!

Great quality weed and really nice vibe in the store with the music and art on the walls. Everyone there is super friendly and I also signed up for their loyalty program and they also have really nice deals! Will be coming back for sure.

Quality products, professionally run, smooth communication and friendly service. Only one delivery that i use.

Visited for a couple items today and was served by someone who was very nice and needed much more product training than she has. She pulled three of the wrong thing off the shelf for me and I didn’t notice until I got home. I honestly can’t be bothered going back to replace the items because I could only get there via asking for a favour from a friend who drives. I’ll use them, but it’s not what I wanted at all.

Loved everything about this location. Anne took care of us and answered every question we had. Will gladly be back.

Okay, I thought I'd try the Ontario Cannabis Store after watching a CBC special on CBD...Boy, did the OCS not disappoint! Every product they supply is checked and analyzed for potency. And I concur! Shipping was crazy fast. Two days, and free. Product was potent, and the price was right! I made another order a day later for some other fun products. Well done OCS!

Top shelf service and the shelves are high. Art on display is cool. There was some Banksy art, Andy Warhol, Keith Haring, Kaws and Shepherd Farrey. Will definitely return. Khalid was our budtender and Adam greeted us at the door. Great crew.

I started shopping here during lockdown because of their prices, stock, and it was a nice "COVID" walk from my condo. Curbside hand off was always friendly and fast, but its hard to kow for sure what service will be like when you are back in store. I shopped inside for the first time this week WOW - you have to see this place. The bud tenders are super cool and so friendly. I got some coupons for my room mate and I to come back. I am blown away by how nice everyone there is.

Had an amazing contactless experience at Tokyo smoke 545 queen st west. The Educators are very knowledgeable and helpful with any questions I had. I Will be returning to this location!

I arrived later in the evening and they were attending another guest, the gentleman greeted me with out hesitation. Another who was cleaning said a cheerful hello. :-)
