I’m a mature international walk-in customer of the Imperial Centre SpiritLeaf outlet. There is significant competition in this business with great locations everywhere now and small differences in product quality, selection and pricing. As a seasoned businessman I can confidently say it’s your Human Resources and the experience they create for customers that can make the real difference in customer satisfaction and retention. While all my staff interactions have been great, of particular note and mention must be made of Robert Jaicarran who has routinely made it a pleasure returning to do business !!! Been going here since they opened and will keep going until they close..Mind they better not. Delivery is great ( I'm a lazy local ) But walk-in is always handy. Workers know their stuff really good and have never done me dirty with a recommendation.

I recently visited Oki Cannabis Dispensary in Brampton and was blown away by the selection, quality, and customer service. The staff were knowledgeable and helpful in guiding me through the wide variety of products available. The budtenders were also very friendly and took the time to answer all of my questions. I left with some top shelf weed and can't wait to go back. Oki Cannabis Dispensary is definitely the best dispensary in Brampton!

This store is fantastic. This place has some of the best prices around, and the store is beautiful. The staff are awesome, and super passionate and knowledgeable. You cant go wrong going here. The delivery Ive gotten a few times was very fast as well. Top notch place.

No in-store shopping due to Covid, so can't comment on the atmosphere at the moment, however; pick-up for pre-paid bud was quick, easy, and painless. Decent selection online (no idea about in-store), and the notifications about my order (sent, in progress, available to pick-up) were timely. The employee I spoke with was friendly and very polite.

I really enjoyed the atmosphere of the store I really really likes how everything looks very clean and sharp inside the boxes with the computers over top. As for the products they’re up to my standards and I have really high standards for marijuana products I’ve been smoking for 10+ years I really enjoy the selection of products as well as the availability. The customer service is really good they helped me find exactly what I was looking for show me other things that were similar so I could know for next time. I’m very satisfied with my purchase would recommend 10 out of 10!
