I have been ordering from highland for yrs now. I only found it on Google search and I'm glad I did. I have gotten help on what to purchase from Gloria and Beatrice, Nick and if I forgot anyone I'm sorry....I'm old lol. Oh and today's my birthday and they made my day perfectly perfect. I can't say enuff about the staff there becus really there are no words for being patient kind and helpful with customers. Easily the best dispensary I’ve ever been too! Tom and Bre are knowledgeable, friendly and incredibly professional. They know their products very well, offering new shipments weekly, and always looking to get the best product in your hands. The store is clean, welcoming and extremely organized. It also has two esteemed K9 bud tenders that will be sure to make you forget why you came; between the licks and bouts for your attention. PLEASE don’t let them scare you as they’re beyond friendly!! I’ve tried countless dispensaries in Waterloo and I won’t go to any other than Uptown. From the minute you step foot through the door you’ll notice the Uptown difference. #uptownwaterloo

This is by far the best spot in town. Really educated bud tenders. 7 mood walls based on terpene profiles instead of indica or Sativa.
