As I smoke another mediocre hit of some mediocre hybrid from a company worried about profits more than quality product I find myself thinking about my favorite strain of All-time. And judging by the stuff out there today its standing atop the leaderboard is in no danger of losing the title. JILLYBEAN--- Although its been several years since I was last able to smoke it, I can never forget Jillybean. It was everything that to-shelf stuff should be. Sure the numbers might seem low for today's flower but that is even more evidence to support the fact that THC % is not the be all end all. It looked interesting, it smelled exotic and with a sweet Mandarin Orange flavor flanked by refreshing mango, it tasted like dinner on a tropical isle. When I started growing 15 years ago it was the first strain I ever planted and go figure, she was even easy to cultivate. God we need more ladies like that in today's selfish world. LOL. Great strain. If you ever get a chance to buy some of the real thing run do not walk to get some. So good.
Jillybean effects are mostly energizing.
Jillybean potency is higher THC than average.

Jillybean strain reviews(1,022)
Picked it up at Sticky Saguaro in Chandler, AZ today - it’s their home brand flower and it’s uhmaaaaazing! $25/eighth on sale. I’ve been feeling a touch of the b!tchies last few days. This pill cured my ills…floaty, happy, carefree. I’ve heard good things about Jilly, but never happened upon her in Portland, Oregon (home, home on the range). So jazzed I found this buzz! YMMV. I’m a 51-yo white woman. PAX oven vape exclusively…I love my flowers, but I hate firing them!
Favorite strain of all time. I was so sad when my go-to dispensary stopped growing it.
I enjoyed this strain alot. good way to start your day
I grew this strain Jilly Bean quite a few years ago when the strain from Ms Jill sold her strain through Sub Cool. T G A.
The “ get up” and go strain . Great for a daytime n you got “ish” to do but eh who likes doing things sober ???? This stuff can be ya coffee in the morning…. Sativa leaning … Not too strong on the appetite side for those who are watching their weight …but there will be one present .
Very smooth and the 24% THC jilly bean is even more amazing.just been released in Australia through Mediextract pty ltd
Relaxing and clear headed. Great for writing. Helps a little with introspective awareness of emotions, but not as much as other strains.
Chill, happy, giggly strain at lower doses, will put you to sleep at higher ones. Being touched feels very good on this one. Fruity citrus orange taste. Instantly wrecks focus so not great for getting things done, but lovely for getting down or going to the beach.
I went searching for a libido enhancing flower and Jilly Bean kept being referenced as a super strain, especially for women. Yes, I've gotten the results I was looking for there, plus some bonus happy effects! In addition to the fantastic sexual energy, I get a wonderful gentle focus and physical energy. I'll often set myself up with an organizing task, or a craft project and enjoy the ease and creative flow. I've been creating a coconut oil infusion, quite concentrated, and taking a "dose" a couple of times a month when I'm in the mood for a "party" day. It usually takes a couple of hours for the effects to rise and it's an easy up and gentle down after about 4 hours. I don't experience much of a hangover, though it sometimes makes my sleep a bit choppy the first night, but enhances sleep for the rest of the week. I crave carbs on the downhill side so I make sure I've got some fresh baked bread and honey on hand :) I'm sure a lot of my happy neurotransmitters are getting used up for the high so I take extra B vitamins and protein a couple of days before. Since I am prone to depression/ADD issues and take bupropion, I don't indulge in my infusion too often. And I do sometimes have a mood crash a couple of days after, if I've overindulged. With careful use, I get to enjoy a little at home vacation fairly regularly, with minimal downside. I'm delighted to have found this strain, and hope to have it available for a very long time!
