This place can be pricey, but honestly the staff are very knowledgeable and friendly so it makes the visits worth it.

The staff are very friendly especially the guy in the suit I think he needs a raise 5 stars definitely.

A family owned business is what these guys are. Locally owned, knowledgeable Budtenders, positive vibe, great pricing, staff take the time to listen to you and aren’t pushy. Good conversions every time I’m in there. Thanks Guys, keep up the good work!

The marijuana I purchased/received in the “Party Pack” I purchased didn’t blow my mind as someone who smokes a lot and regularly, but the service was outstanding! I don’t remember the gentlesir’s name any longer who was working, but he was so lovely to converse with and knew what he was talking about. We went in to Bud Runners to break up our long drive from Grande Prairie back up north, and we weren’t disappointed. They also have some accessories I would absolutely purchase and use regularly (hello, wizard pipe!) All in all - a very pleasant experience, and the customer service alone is what will make us return customers.

Always love dropping into The Local Cannabist, friendly staff and abundant supply in a beautiful shop. Always a great mood in the basement spot, with good music and a calm vibe.

Great budtenders, huge store, more strains than the other shops in St. Albert. They always seem to have promotions in store, and the atmosphere isn't as pushy as some of the other guys.

Still not fully satisfied with the quality that producers are putting out - it's good but I really want to see some 26%+ strains hitting the shelves. That said the store is gorgeous, staff were very well trained and even as a seasoned smoker of nearly a decade I learned a few new things about different terps and the fact that almost all strains are now technically hybrids. Will def be back.

Most reviews are clearly competitor made. It’s unfortunate because this store and staff are amazing. Brad is extremely knowledgeable and will bring in anything you may need if they don’t have it. Store is exceptionally clean and always has great atmosphere. Highly recommend!
