Staff is great, if they don't have what you need/want they will try to find somthing similar! Most of the staff know what I like and are quick with a suggestion and it's typically great!

It is always such a great experience shopping at Shades. The staff are so knowledgeable and friendly. They take the time to really get to know their patrons. (By name in fact). I can trust in any recommendation I am given because the staff know me and know what I will benefit from most. The best thing about Shades is they make you feel appreciated and no matter what...they are ALWAYS smiling!

Was super happy with my purchase today, the knowledge of the woman (I believe she was the owner?) as well as the price of the product (midrange). Was super grateful that she took my information down so that she could call/text me if they receive what I’m after (THANK YOU!). Amazing and knowledgeable service at the Kingsway location. The staff here are super chill and don’t mind you taking your time to make up your mind due to their awesome and ever expanding selection . Been to lots of other stores but prefer this one by far!
