Friendly knowledgeable staff who answered questions then made great recommendations. It’s always clean, organized and like how the tablets allow me to see all the products they carry. The staff mentions new or different products that I might not know of otherwise like THC distillate drops for making my own drinks or the click pen of concentrate to use for edibles that take the guess work out of dosing.
Yo man this place is so dope! Every time I come in here, the dudes and dudettes behind the counter know so much, they ALWAYS help me find something killer. Check it! The first time I walked into this fly place I got a quarter sack of wappa for under 50 bucks! I've been back a buncha times now! I've gotten an ounce for under a hundred bucks, fresh doobies with like 23%thc and some fly drinks and snacks for after my 420. These guys never treat me like an idiot like some OTHER stores in Nanaimo that have employees with a bad Mood and attitude! Always fresh, always friendly always FOR THE WIN!!! PEACE
Friendly and knowledgeable staff and a huge selection of products including flower from 1g to 28g, oils, concentrates, vapes, edibles, drinks pre rolls and more. Tons of accessories! They even have three happy hours everyday from 9am-10am 4:20-5:20pm and 10pm-11pm! This is by far the best dispensary on Vancouver island! Not to mention $99 ounces, great prices on eighths and they are the only ones on the island open till 11pm! Could not recommend more!!!
Great product, great staff. Cool vibe when you walk into the store. Knowledgeable staff and always have time to spend with the customer to get right product. Close to downtown and easy to park.

Some of the most knowledgeable staff in the industry. Sell most of their CBD products for cost plus. Have the best flower in the country. Third party lab test almost everything. Experienced growers but don't grow themselves so they can support the local farmers.
Live in Vic, but when out in Sooke, always stopping, and stock up. Highly recommend.
This place has the best pre rolls and the joints are real fat with big variety will be telling friends and family come here
me and my boyfriend are regulars here they have a great selection including edibles drinks and definitely pot, their price is a little cheaper than the other shops and they have been devoted to the community the longest...also the manager there is the nicest always helpful with issues related to product
The marijuana I purchased/received in the “Party Pack” I purchased didn’t blow my mind as someone who smokes a lot and regularly, but the service was outstanding! I don’t remember the gentlesir’s name any longer who was working, but he was so lovely to converse with and knew what he was talking about. We went in to Bud Runners to break up our long drive from Grande Prairie back up north, and we weren’t disappointed. They also have some accessories I would absolutely purchase and use regularly (hello, wizard pipe!) All in all - a very pleasant experience, and the customer service alone is what will make us return customers.
I was directed to the right 1 gram pre-roll to help finish a large (non-driving, desk work) project this afternoon. The budtender suggested Jean Guy from Good Supply to help with concentration. I've tried this same variety before in Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan. I remember finding the minty, piney tasting and dry-mouth-causing pre-roll to have a stronger potency than other pre-rolls. Also, Good Supply's pre-rolls burn much better than prep-rolls from other companies (like, erm ... Tweed, perhaps?). So, I was tempted to try the Jean Guy again. Jean Guy has what's known as the traditional energetic Sativa punch (although some budtenders might say the real differences between couch-lock and energetic weeds are based on the terpenes on the plants, not their cannabinoids and their Indica and Sativa heritages, but that's another rabbit hole. Most important: the Jean Guy pre-roll tastes great and burns very well with no clogging in the filter. I have purchased pre-rolls from shops throughout Alberta and Saskatchewan; from Olds to Assiniboia, and Calgary to Peace River and many of the pre-rolls I bought didn't burn very well at all. Some companies offer much better pre-rolls than others. Good Supply is one of the best legal cannabis sources for pre-rolls from my experiences - and this includes the smoke I had today.

I have been to Living Skies a few times with my boyfriend, the staff have always been friendly & they were very informative. The last time him & I went the clerk was understanding about the product we asked about, letting us know that the battery we inquired about wouldn't fit all the carts that are popular for sale, only certain smaller ones. He even got a second opinion from the other guy in the back & he showed us a couple batteries that were better for us for cheaper. You can tell they want you to go home happy with your purchase & have a good time with their products. I can highly recommend the 3rd Avenue location downtown, top notch service & the professional non-bias advice from the staff is certainly a highly respectable demeanor.
Great staff, excellent selection, they know how to take care of their customers. What more could you want out of a weed store?Shop elsewhere, but once you shop at prairie records broadway, you’ll understand why it’s worth the extra mileage. Or you won’t! Lol, but I like it!

The atmosphere is groovy. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. A recent blizzard had me order delivery. They brought the order and when it ended up missing an item, they returned the same night, through the crappy road conditions, to bring me the missed item. EVEN after I gave them permission to bring it another time if they were in my area. They go out of their way and deserve 5 stars!

It is hands down the most beautiful store I have ever been in. The entire staff is very knowledgeable and extremely warm and friendly. The prices / selection is unbeatable in this area, as well!
What a wonderful surprise! I went here while I was in Tofino for the week and had a wonderful experience at this cannabis shop. The staff were friendly and inviting. They had a great selection of cannabis products, pipes, accessories, and other fun cannabis related products. As an active budtender, I would highly recommend heading here if you're in the area!
