Quality over quantity - great selection of products and friendly staff

This is a very convenient location for me. The staff are friendly and the product is as good as any dispensary in Victoria, B.C. The only complaint I have is the strains available are whatever they are able to get at the time which always varies. I would highly recommend though.

Staff is very pleasant, patient, and knowledgeable. Have only purchased cartridges and am always satisfied with quality.

Everyone is really nice. The layout is good, room to view menus.

They offer access to a great selection and competitive prices compared to other shops in Nanaimo. I found that they took time to talk to me and set me up with the right strain for my needs

The store is very professional and clean looking, with iPads to scroll through the menu. the service I got was great she was friendly and knowledgeable about everything. Always have a great time shopping here. People behind the counter seem to care. They always have good recommendations for what to try and give their personal experience when they can. You can see the manager light up when there's something she really wants to share. Her smile and laugh are infectious. Seems to have turned the store around from the previous person running it. Looks like its a fun place to work!
