I am an older woman (57) who enjoys cannabis. This was my first time using your store. I was so pleasantly greeted by a lovely girl named Kayla. She was well educated on your products and helped me pick a product that was perfect for me. I will definitely return to your store due to the excellent service I received.

I like the fact they have a drive-through takes only minutes to get your order then they have walk-in in bud tenders who are very knowledgable and helpful I am most of the time phone my order in and have a very pleasant experience I talk to Sam or Bernadette they always help me really good and I’m getting to know them a little and they treat me like gold the store has a great selection if you compare to the stores in Brampton that sells cannabis this store by far has the best prices if you go through the selection you will see that even a store not a block away is way more overpriced than this store I’d like to say it’s a new adventure for them God bless you all keep up the good workI got to say when I show up at your store I feel so much at home and like I’m getting a good deal which I do you put a great team together and I think you guys are the best in the west Sam

As someone who uses cannabis medicinally I have to say my experience at Royal Cannabis was great. The store manager Gwen has strong product knowledge and helped me find a good strain to help me sleep. If you're looking for great products and customer service look no more. I'm definitely going to be returning to this dispensary.

I was very happy visiting today. The atmosphere when walking in is just like a cool place. Then you walk into the main room and it's just friendly service and and a great selection of everything.

I've been coming to this shop for a couple of years, and it is my go-to. The staff are all friendly (I've never had a negative interaction with any of them, even though I'm a bit socially inept myself) and helpful; I don't usually like excessive sales help, but in this shop it feels more like they're offering to answer questions rather than to push product. The location is very convenient, being right off the West Mall at the QEW (it's the easiest dispensary to drive to from south Mississauga), the store is always clean, and the web site stock always seems to be accurately synced with the store stock. The only thing I will add about this dispensary that isn't glowingly positive is more of a friendly suggestion than something to find fault with. If the selection was broader, I would probably only wind up going to this dispensary, but sometimes other shops have had a greater variety of certain items or categories of item. If the selection was broadened, that would be great. I should add that the shop feels safe and professional. I'm sure we've all been to a few skeezy legal dispenaries that despite being licensed, still felt a bit sketchy. This shop isn't like that at all, to the point that my wife (who doesn't consume cannabis) came in with me one time and commented that it was vastly different from what she expected.

This store is fantastic. This place has some of the best prices around, and the store is beautiful. The staff are awesome, and super passionate and knowledgeable. You cant go wrong going here. The delivery Ive gotten a few times was very fast as well. Top notch place.

No in-store shopping due to Covid, so can't comment on the atmosphere at the moment, however; pick-up for pre-paid bud was quick, easy, and painless. Decent selection online (no idea about in-store), and the notifications about my order (sent, in progress, available to pick-up) were timely. The employee I spoke with was friendly and very polite.

There is significant competition in this business with great locations everywhere now and small differences in product quality, selection and pricing. As a seasoned businessman I can confidently say it’s your Human Resources and the experience they create for customers that can make the real difference in customer satisfaction and retention. While all my staff interactions have been great, of particular note and mention must be made of Robert Jaicarran who has routinely made it a pleasure returning to do business !!! I recently visited Oki Cannabis Dispensary in Brampton and was blown away by the selection, quality, and customer service. The staff were knowledgeable and helpful in guiding me through the wide variety of products available. The budtenders were also very friendly and took the time to answer all of my questions. I left with some top shelf weed and can't wait to go back. Oki Cannabis Dispensary is definitely the best dispensary in Brampton!
