I am a budtender in Collingwood at Treetz. Groovy's is where I shop the most when I am visiting friends and family in Wasaga Beach which is a lot. Tiny and funkadelic, this shop has such a huge selection of anything one could need. Good hours of operation. Friendly service from the owners and manager Leslie! I wear my Groovy's toque at Treetz. Plenty of parking. Handicap accessible as it is a flat entry way. Whoever left the crappy review has never been in this shop ever. Thanks for continued amazing service!

Sessions at Red Hill, is one of the few locations you can find in Hamilton that has best staff who are knowledgeable, great personalities and a welcoming atmosphere. The products that they carry are one of the best ones I have seen and tried. They definitely getting you nice toasty depending what your crave for whether its Sativa or Indica. As someone that lives in the east end of Hamilton where there aren't quite as many dispensaries packed into a smaller area, this is easily my favourite. The budtenders are always helpful and knowledgeable, super nice, and the overall experience of shopping here is great. I've happily been a regular customer since this location was opened.

The staff is super friendly and welcoming. They are knowledgable and always willing to take the time to guide and educate if you ask for their help. My order is always served up promptly and correctly.

I've been coming to this shop for a couple of years, and it is my go-to. The staff are all friendly (I've never had a negative interaction with any of them, even though I'm a bit socially inept myself) and helpful; I don't usually like excessive sales help, but in this shop it feels more like they're offering to answer questions rather than to push product. The location is very convenient, being right off the West Mall at the QEW (it's the easiest dispensary to drive to from south Mississauga), the store is always clean, and the web site stock always seems to be accurately synced with the store stock. The only thing I will add about this dispensary that isn't glowingly positive is more of a friendly suggestion than something to find fault with. If the selection was broader, I would probably only wind up going to this dispensary, but sometimes other shops have had a greater variety of certain items or categories of item. If the selection was broadened, that would be great. I should add that the shop feels safe and professional. I'm sure we've all been to a few skeezy legal dispenaries that despite being licensed, still felt a bit sketchy. This shop isn't like that at all, to the point that my wife (who doesn't consume cannabis) came in with me one time and commented that it was vastly different from what she expected.
