Sessions at Red Hill, is one of the few locations you can find in Hamilton that has best staff who are knowledgeable, great personalities and a welcoming atmosphere. As someone that lives in the east end of Hamilton where there aren't quite as many dispensaries packed into a smaller area, this is easily my favourite. The budtenders are always helpful and knowledgeable, super nice, and the overall experience of shopping here is great. I've happily been a regular customer since this location was opened.

John was amazing! He helped me so quick amd helped about 5 others all within a respectful time frame. Not sure what happened to the previous staff but I am glad John was there to help me and also the girl next door at Vape was quick and very helpful. I have only been there a few times but this was the best customer service experience out of them all.

Yesterday I visited this place for the first time. It’s out of the way & I thought it might be sketchy but nothing could be further from the truth. They were knowledgeable, friendly & HONEST! They contacted me on Insta as they asked me to look them up on it. Thankfully! I had left my wallet there!!! Will return for sure.
