I remember scoring this one time in High School. What I remember most about that experience was my senses just being amplified and me having a perma-grin. Fast forward about three decades, and wow. I only use for medical purposes, and have to say that this is the best medication for depression I have ever come across. Also great for PTSD. Bonus: good tastes great, social settings are magical, and my lungs feel like they have a super power to take in large amounts of oxygen all at once. This strain boosts mood instantly, which even with a low dose as I prefer, lasts for several hours even following the effects of the THC. I love this strain because it only takes a little, and I can always count on it to get the job done. I can really see the recreational allure of this one, although it is perfect for my mental needs. Recommend for any vet or even non-vet dealing with PTSD or MDD.

This strain does not check all the boxes, medically, for me. But holy hell there is nothing better for my MDD than Durban Poison. The taste is like grass, so nothing stands out in the flavor category, but the effects make this one of my Mount Rushmore strains. I instantly feel uplifted, and then it brings a clean energy while my breathing noticeably slows down. I feel like I am getting twice the oxygen to my lungs, and my ability to focus on a project for work is on-point. This is the ultimate working strain if your job requires sustained attention or even “thinking outside the box”. In smaller doses, the positive effects of treating my depression and ADHD are still there, and nobody can tell I am medicated. The only negative is this does nothing for my chronic joint pain, but I don’t care. I can accept the pain while using it.

This strain is great. I feel energized, but calm. I can focus on tasks at the house after a long day at work. Aside from some seriously dry eyes (clear eyes can’t fix this) , all good vibes :)

Not the sativa I was looking for. The pros: I felt my mood lift, although not as much as other strains. I felt energized, physically, and there was no paranoia or anxiety. The cons: my mind felt lazy. This would not be good for work. I guess this strain could be good for unwinding after work, or maybe to enhance a walk at the park. Maybe even PTSD. But for treating depression or joint pain, I’ve had better.

I am a medical user and I usually use two hours before bedtime ( PTSD and joint pain). This strain messes up my sleep EVERY time and I’m still giving it 5 stars. It’s that good. It takes care of my joint pain, but also stimulates my mind. I get super introspective and insightful - like see how I could be more compassionate in my relationships with people. Yeah it’s kinda “hippie”, lol. I also come up with great ideas for activities to do with my son, and makes me see the good in all people. Man this is GREAT medicine. Impossible to have any negative mood while taking this, as well - you will crave company, too.

This strain is great for pain. More effective for my joint pain than Percocet. Intense body high with no negative side effects (no more Percocet for me).

Oh man, I definitely did not think I’d find a strain that I liked better for my medical needs (joint pain, ADHD, MDD) than Blue Dream, but this one is AWESOME. First off, it’s energetic, but in a clean way. A way that I can focus it for what I need to get done. And talk about the focus! I noticed I am way more ambidextrous when on it. For example, I can brush my teeth with my left hand as equally skillful as with my left. I can write cursive with my left, etc. The neurons are firing on both sides of the brain (Creativity). And the mood is great. A+++ strain 👏👏👏

This is currently my all time favorite strain. I’ve been looking for an Indica-leaning hybrid that would not put me to sleep, and I found it. This strain relaxes the body while stimulating the mind. I can see how some might feel some paranoia as it induces some major introspection. Brings those buried thoughts/feelings to the surface, but to me that is super therapeutic. I find myself to be super outgoing/talkative when using this one, and also relaxed. Stretching feels amazing, and exercise is sublime. I love swimming laps in the pool with it. Only complaint is the major cotton mouth, but it’s easily remedied. Oh, flavor is also a plus - has that hint of GSC baked goodness with some vanilla notes as well. Honestly, though, this could taste like ass and still be my favorite strain. Great for pain, social anxiety, and the bedroom, lol

This strain is amazing. I typically do not favor the effects of indica leaning strains due to often feeling “foggy-headed”, but suffer from joint pain and find myself often using them to aid in sleep. This strain relaxes the body like any good indica would, but wakes up the mind like all my favorite sativas. I usually keep my doses pretty small (3-5 hits from the vape pen in low setting). This one is strong, and lasts a long time. I didn’t even know I held tension in my chest and shoulders until I felt them relax after 20 minutes. I could work while on this strain, I could hike on this strain, I could sleep on this strain. Truly amazing - haven’t had anything close since Blue Dream or Dutch Treat as far as one that checks all the boxes. Oh yeah, tastes good too.

This is an incredible strain. I took it about an hour before bed to help with my neck pain and honestly, felt like a stick of butter melting over a stack of pancakes. It is also great for meditating, and stretching/flexing feels incredible. This would probably pair well with yoga. I can also see it boding well for anyone suffering with racing thoughts as it helped me focus on one thing at a time, in a leisurely way. Taste is interesting - kind of grape-ish on inhale and chocolaty on the exhale. It creeps though, so beware of that
