Skunk 1 strain

really sticky nice bud, smells absolutely horrible lives up to the name 100% tastes like ammonia and dirt but the effects are instant and hard hitting, doesn't last long tho

Definitely understand why they call this one 🦨🥇😮‍💨😶‍🌫️ Wanted to have a baseline read on this, so smoked a joint--definitely uplifting a on the mood, while a bit of a downshift physically. The type of strain that could lean either way, depending on how much consumed and method of consumption. Don't pay much mind to dispo labels, take a look at the terpene profile and learn your own body chemistry. Will be trying this in a 👩‍🔬bong next. I recommend, though be warned, if you're looking for "dessert" strains, this ain't it.

There wasn't nearly the variety in most areas 30 years ago, and the only time I had skunk growing up was around 1994, when a Skunk variety came around for about a year. It was wonderful; some of the most giggly and best body high weed I've ever had. As time passed, I eventually thought and realized that I hadn't seen or had any type of skunk weed in 20 years, and I wondered where it was. It wasn't until I moved to a weed-legal state that I found a batch of Skunk 1. I was excited to try it, as it it smelled and looked the closest to what I remembered compared to anything else I had seen over the years. It came in around 22%, was excellent, and gave the same giggly uplifted feeling coupled with the same relaxed body high. It was stoney and gets you baked, and it tasted like skunk and tar, with undertones and notes of sweet and flowery lemon tea kush. This strain always leaves me feeling great overall in mind and body. It's good afternoon and early evening weed, for creating, nature, and parties. However, it still wasn't exactly the same as the 1994 version I had. I'm not sure of course if what I had originally was Skunk 1 or something very close, or how true the 2022 Skunk 1 I had was to what it's supposed to be, but this was still the closest in 28 years to what I had in 1994 and identified as Skunk. The main differences I noticed were that the 1994 version I had was the same but even stronger, it smelled slightly more like the wet skunk-weed plants you find in many marshy areas, had a tad more diesel taste, and the buds in the past were slightly flatter with more black square patches in them which really stood out at the time. It's one of my favorite strains and I love when any Skunk 1 or similar strains come around. Of course I'm still hoping to find that old one or relative too.

I picked up some Skunk from Emerald Organics in Ft Worth, and maaaaann, it was probably the best tasking flower I've had. The hits were smooth with a flavorful taste on the exhale. I would recommend Skunk for those who deal with pain, anxiety ,and ADHD.

one of the most classical buds ever... I had this in early 2025 and the smell is one of the strongest I've tried till now; really "muddy" taste and really good at making you feel active, even energized, maybe a little paranoid but I'd rather say alert and it didn't bother my high. I'd recommend this

I am not sure if it was the breeder or what but this strain is just okay. It was a fairly mellow heady high for me.
