They are all very friendly and knowledgeable about the products they provide, always honest and not just trying to upsell you to just buy the most expensive thing, but instead insuring you get the quality product you're looking for. If your curious about dabs/extracts, one of their amazing staff members Dexter is the Dab God and will be able to help you greatly on your extracts journey. 420/420 100% recommend!

Beautiful store in Horseshoe Bay, I missed my ferry and was able to get some awesome products suggested by the very knowledgeable staff. They had a large Pre Rolled selection which was perfect for me having to wait 2 hours for the next Ferry. Already looking forward to my next visit as this is easily my new favourite store.

All of the products are neatly laid out in glass display, so finding what you're looking for is an easy process. The daily deals are killer and keep me coming back. Kim N. After frequenting pretty much every shop in Victoria, I've found Cloud Nine Shelbourne to be the best overall . The staff are super nice and friendly and extremely knowledgeable ! Has to be said , also very compassionate. They will always take the time to guide you to the right product for your needs. The store is immaculate and I can't say enough good things about this particular outlet. Great job Cloud Nine !!

I've been to some other dispensaries before... but I wanted to try this one because they have a store near my house and also one downtown near my work. Customer service was top-notch!.. the budtender was knowledgeable and I didn't feel rushed. Inside.. It feels very high-end? Only negative is that packaging is stupid and bulky but that's the same everywhere... I'll be back!!
