Was super grateful that she took my information down so that she could call/text me if they receive what I’m after (THANK YOU!). It is always such a great experience shopping at Shades. The staff are so knowledgeable and friendly. They take the time to really get to know their patrons. (By name in fact). I can trust in any recommendation I am given because the staff know me and know what I will benefit from most. The best thing about Shades is they make you feel appreciated and no matter what...they are ALWAYS smiling!

New to town and this was my first dispensary. Tristan was really knowledgeable and helped me pick out a good product.

I love the helpful staff at this location as well as the variety they offer on their menu. I can find many of the value and top shelf products that I like to enjoy. Recommondations have been on point so please keep it up!

The Staff were super friendly, the atmosphere was amazing (best store I have been to) and the location is incredible. They are situated on the way to Kalamalka Lake and have soo many parking spots, discrete entrance as well for anyone who might be worried about being seen entering or exiting a dispensary!!

this is by far my favorite cannabis store. the owner (and staff...especially Karen) are amazing. their kindness, compassion and assistance is greatly appreciated.

I walked in the first time last month and knew this was my shop! The environment was super welcoming and the weekly sales they offer normally have me leaving with an eighth of good smoke for just over $20. All the budtenders I have met there have pretty much become friends, if you haven't checked it out yet you have to, you won't be disappointed!
