Initially had some issue with a defective device that I could not get a refund. The manager reached out and did everything he could to make it right. Thankful for Phelan’s support in the matter. They have a good variety of products and nice staff.

There is significant competition in this business with great locations everywhere now and small differences in product quality, selection and pricing. My order was ready right as soon as I got there, I was attended to right away and the workers had very pleasant attitudes. They had also given me some recommendations of some stuff to try as well for my future visits. The store was clean and tidy and was very nice walking into. Will definitely be coming back. I recently visited Oki Cannabis Dispensary in Brampton and was blown away by the selection, quality, and customer service. The staff were knowledgeable and helpful in guiding me through the wide variety of products available. The budtenders were also very friendly and took the time to answer all of my questions. I left with some top shelf weed and can't wait to go back. Oki Cannabis Dispensary is definitely the best dispensary in Brampton!
