There is significant competition in this business with great locations everywhere now and small differences in product quality, selection and pricing. As a seasoned businessman I can confidently say it’s your Human Resources and the experience they create for customers that can make the real difference in customer satisfaction and retention. While all my staff interactions have been great, of particular note and mention must be made of Robert Jaicarran who has routinely made it a pleasure returning to do business !!! As someone that lives in the east end of Hamilton where there aren't quite as many dispensaries packed into a smaller area, this is easily my favourite. The budtenders are always helpful and knowledgeable, super nice, and the overall experience of shopping here is great. I've happily been a regular customer since this location was opened.

I've been coming to this shop for a couple of years, and it is my go-to. The staff are all friendly (I've never had a negative interaction with any of them, even though I'm a bit socially inept myself) and helpful; I don't usually like excessive sales help, but in this shop it feels more like they're offering to answer questions rather than to push product. The location is very convenient, being right off the West Mall at the QEW (it's the easiest dispensary to drive to from south Mississauga), the store is always clean, and the web site stock always seems to be accurately synced with the store stock. The only thing I will add about this dispensary that isn't glowingly positive is more of a friendly suggestion than something to find fault with. If the selection was broader, I would probably only wind up going to this dispensary, but sometimes other shops have had a greater variety of certain items or categories of item. If the selection was broadened, that would be great. I should add that the shop feels safe and professional. I'm sure we've all been to a few skeezy legal dispenaries that despite being licensed, still felt a bit sketchy. This shop isn't like that at all, to the point that my wife (who doesn't consume cannabis) came in with me one time and commented that it was vastly different from what she expected.
