The products are displayed really well, making it easy to see what’s available and find exactly what you’re looking for. Great selection, great atmosphere, and fantastic customer service. Definitely a place I’ll keep coming back to!

Harsh and Quintin were awesome on my last visit. I was treated like I was the owner's best friend. I have visited the store a few times this year since I discovered due to my transit way to get home, now I will make sure that I use that way to my home on transit, so I can stop at this location in kits. thank you for understanding my budget.

Kim N. After frequenting pretty much every shop in Victoria, I've found Cloud Nine Shelbourne to be the best overall . The staff are super nice and friendly and extremely knowledgeable ! Has to be said , also very compassionate. They will always take the time to guide you to the right product for your needs. The store is immaculate and I can't say enough good things about this particular outlet. Great job Cloud Nine !!
