First time in the store. Best customer service I think I’ve ever gotten. Staff were super friendly, knowledgeable of the product and very helpful. I didn’t feel overwhelmed with my choices. They helped me choose between a couple of choices. I plan on going back that’s for sure !!!!

This place as the best selection of pre-rolls and cartridges I have seen in a dispensary so far and I have been to many!! Shak is the man and will always take good care of you regardless if your only buying a pre-roll or an ounce. The selection is always being rotated around which I love because you will always see something new to give a try instead of the same old products that everywhere carries. If your looking for the best service with no pressure sales then go see Shak at Cloud 420 and I'm sure you'll see the difference between customer service here compared to everywhere else. Much better staff than before, the new staff knows their stuff!!! I bought some Denman by Broken Coast today and it was great for 39.99 + GST, an awesome recommendation by Lancelot the new manager. Doesn't matter if I am going in to spend $100 or $10, they always treat me like royalty. Nice to have people there that actually smoke and love what they sell! I will be going there regularly, best store in Innisfail!

they have a Fabulous Selection of products. If you don't see what you're looking for, ask the happy staff they will help you find it. If the product you want isn't there or the don't carry that brand they will do whatever they can to get that product in for you.

The budtenders were willing to take the time to explain any questions I had, while also asking me questions about what strains I like to find something similar. Always friendly, and well informed.
