I loved how friendly and knowledgeable the staff are. I don't smoke so they were very helpful in finding me an edible or beverage that I might enjoy. They succeeded!! I think I've now tried almost all of the edibles they have to offer, and am going to get more info from them on vaping :)

Easily the best dispensary I’ve ever been too! Tom and Bre are knowledgeable, friendly and incredibly professional. They know their products very well, offering new shipments weekly, and always looking to get the best product in your hands. The store is clean, welcoming and extremely organized. It also has two esteemed K9 bud tenders that will be sure to make you forget why you came; between the licks and bouts for your attention. PLEASE don’t let them scare you as they’re beyond friendly!! I’ve tried countless dispensaries in Waterloo and I won’t go to any other than Uptown. From the minute you step foot through the door you’ll notice the Uptown difference. #uptownwaterloo

This is by far the best spot in town. Really educated bud tenders. 7 mood walls based on terpene profiles instead of indica or Sativa.

I have been ordering from highland for yrs now. I only found it on Google search and I'm glad I did. I have gotten help on what to purchase from Gloria and Beatrice, Nick and if I forgot anyone I'm sorry....I'm old lol. Oh and today's my birthday and they made my day perfectly perfect. I can't say enuff about the staff there becus really there are no words for being patient kind and helpful with customers. I work retail and it takes alot of talent to deal with people's moods at times. So overall, this is my store and i refer it to anyone who will listen. Thank you friends. Love ya all Karen

Unbelievable selection! Not just the same old stuff you see everywhere else! New and uncommon strains, huge selection of drinks and edibles I’d never heard of! Tons of cool accessories! The staff was REALLY knowledgeable and super friendly! The store has a very chill vibe! I’m gonna be spending a lot of time (and money) here!

Chillen Buds...what a sweet shop for your recreational marijuana. I have visited many shops in” North America” in the past decade. Colorado was my first look at how these shops cater to their clientele, they have all more or less had the same style…. until I walked into Chillen Buds! What an Incredible modern take on the Cannabis Stores . I was amazed what a classy looking store! Everything in that store screamed class, comfort and quality. I’m from Quebec and the weed industry is government run here, so the experience is less than enjoyable, wish we had the level of professionalism and knowledge that I experienced in this store/province. It was the first time ordering from a store that has this level of professionalism and the experience was fantastic, while I was scrolling on one of their iPads, the store advisor asked if I needed help and showed me through the process, no pressure sales I loved it only suggestions for type of high I was looking for. They had a very wide selection of stuff, and although I am a flower/vape kinda guy and not a edibles fan,I tried their peanut butter cups, they are to die for :) Picked up some Animal Face,dosi gross#6 and sage n sour, quality was great , well its like all the stuff at the stores come from the same place since its heavily regulated. I found Chillin Buds sets itself apart from the rest, from the minute I walked in the staff are super friendly! It showed from the consistent amount of cheerful customers that the staff knows their clientele, When I’m back in Brantford/Paris Ont, expect to see me again thanks for the great experience and swag.

WoW!! Since day one, this super chill Speakeasy location is my most favourite place to be (other than my couch). As you walk into this bright spacious and well stocked Haven, you are greeted by a welcoming smile and very grateful attitude from the "Bouncer". The WG's (weed Guru's) are so comfortable to chat with and have the answer to ANY question you have. The knowledge and smiles that come from behind the WaLl is awesome. I almost wish that DeLiVeRy was not an option as it has been a while since I have hung out with the crew. I have my favs, they know who they are .. but any of the WG's will guide you in the right direction without judgement, treat you with respect and probably make you laugh (out LoUd). The product, well it speaks for itself - I am a seasoned - lets say Professional Marijauna Connoisseur - I have yet to be disappointed. From the PrE-RoLls to the Old School, these products will knock your socks off!! A MUST DO!!!
