Much better staff than before, the new staff knows their stuff!!! I bought some Denman by Broken Coast today and it was great for 39.99 + GST, an awesome recommendation by Lancelot the new manager. Doesn't matter if I am going in to spend $100 or $10, they always treat me like royalty. Nice to have people there that actually smoke and love what they sell! I will be going there regularly, best store in Innisfail!

this is by far my favorite cannabis store. the owner (and staff...especially Karen) are amazing. their kindness, compassion and assistance is greatly appreciated.

The budtenders were willing to take the time to explain any questions I had, while also asking me questions about what strains I like to find something similar. Always friendly, and well informed.

I have been to many dispensaries and this one is by far my favourite!!! The space is modern, clean and inviting. The staff are very welcoming and their knowledge about the large selection of products is outstanding. Love the atmosphere and can’t wait to come back!

Love the spirit leaf in cold lake. Only place in the area that has a bud bar to see and smell a selection of what they have. Displays are well thought out and eye catching. Service was great staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

It is always such a great experience shopping at Shades. The staff are so knowledgeable and friendly. They take the time to really get to know their patrons. (By name in fact). I can trust in any recommendation I am given because the staff know me and know what I will benefit from most. The best thing about Shades is they make you feel appreciated and no matter what...they are ALWAYS smiling!

Absolutely love this place!! All the staff are so wonderful and kind, they make an effort to get to know you and always have great recommendations. I've recently gotten my medical mj document and they have been so helpful with explaining things like terpenes and usage methods etc., it's just so nice to have them spend the time and help me choose the best products for me. Plus we can bring our dog in - and he loves the staff too!
