Friendly and knowledgeable staff and a huge selection of products including flower from 1g to 28g, oils, concentrates, vapes, edibles, drinks pre rolls and more. Tons of accessories! They even have three happy hours everyday from 9am-10am 4:20-5:20pm and 10pm-11pm! This is by far the best dispensary on Vancouver island! Not to mention $99 ounces, great prices on eighths and they are the only ones on the island open till 11pm! Could not recommend more!!!
Yo man this place is so dope! Every time I come in here, the dudes and dudettes behind the counter know so much, they ALWAYS help me find something killer. Check it! The first time I walked into this fly place I got a quarter sack of wappa for under 50 bucks! I've been back a buncha times now! I've gotten an ounce for under a hundred bucks, fresh doobies with like 23%thc and some fly drinks and snacks for after my 420. These guys never treat me like an idiot like some OTHER stores in Nanaimo that have employees with a bad Mood and attitude! Always fresh, always friendly always FOR THE WIN!!! PEACE

The atmosphere of this place is perfect for a dispensary; they're always playing good music, and the wild light fixtures elevate the mood. All of the products are neatly laid out in glass display, so finding what you're looking for is an easy process. The daily deals are killer and keep me coming back. Budtenders know their stuff, and always give me good recommendations. Love this place!

A true diamond in the rough! This little shop tucked away in this adorable little town was the highlight of my trip!! I was shocked by the number of small batch high quality strains. The staff was very friendly, queer inclusive and KNOWLEDGEABLE!! I would 100% return!
Though as a rule I happily have cannabis couriers, there are times when I'm not aligned to their delivery schedules. As such, a few neighbours suggested I check out KushKlub on Commerical. I was pleasantly surprised at the vast selection of products they have available, well beyond what I thought even possible with just one dispensary. I've gone a few times, the things that makes this place stand out from others is their personal attentiveness to listen to their customer's needs and then make suggestions. Happily, there's only been one time that what was suggested didn't have the effect I'd hoped for my unfortunate high tolerance. However, everything else was just the effect wanted plus opened my mind to other options and strains to try. Last but not least, ALL of the staff at this location is genuinely welcoming and helpful.
Kim N. After frequenting pretty much every shop in Victoria, I've found Cloud Nine Shelbourne to be the best overall . The staff are super nice and friendly and extremely knowledgeable ! Has to be said , also very compassionate. They will always take the time to guide you to the right product for your needs. The store is immaculate and I can't say enough good things about this particular outlet. Great job Cloud Nine !!
Maple Leaf Greenery has been my favourite dispensary since my first day in Cánada (Jun/08/22). I have had a great experience with all the budtenders I have interected so far, who are always respectful, helpful and kind. I wish Surrey City could allow dispensaries in this area so Maple Leaf could open a new store here. hahahah

I've been to some other dispensaries before... but I wanted to try this one because they have a store near my house and also one downtown near my work. Customer service was top-notch!.. the budtender was knowledgeable and I didn't feel rushed. Inside.. It feels very high-end? Only negative is that packaging is stupid and bulky but that's the same everywhere... I'll be back!!
