This week we’ve added three different Stardawg crosses from Greenpoint Seeds as well as a few resinous cuts from the Deschutes Growery.

Bodega Bubblegum, Blizzard Bush, and Stardawg 91 combine the legendary potency and chemical-forward aromas of Stardawg (Chemdawg 4 x Tres Dawg) with their respective genetic parent to harness the power and punch of the Chemdawg lineage.

Deschutes Growery also added a couple clever crosses, including Bermuda Sour (East Coast Sour Diesel x Triangle Kush) and Ghost Cookies (Ghost OG x GSC (f.k.a Girl Scout Cookies)). These growers cultivates clean, natural cannabis by holding themselves to high standards of ecological responsibility. This West Coast cultivator claims to be Oregon’s first solar-powered growery, and boasts 100% LED lighting as well as organic growing methods.

The use of renewable energy and sustainable growing practices are honorable and achievable goals that should be adopted by more companies throughout the cannabis industry. We are stewards of the earth, the same earth which has proven over millennia of recorded history to be quite good to us. Let’s try and return the favor.

Afghanimal Leafly cannabis strain tile
Afghanimal

Afghanimal by In House Genetics is a heavy indica-leaning cross of Afghani and Animal Cookies. This squat plant offers tight, rock-hard nuggets that reek of sweet, acrid earth intermixed with fruit and floral notes. It lends consumers heavy physical effects suited for pain relief, relaxation, and mood enhancement. Afghanimal’s smaller stature and snappy 7-8 week flowering time make it a perfect fit for indica-loving indoor growers seeking classic and modern indica-dominant genetics.

Bermuda Sour

Bermuda Sour by Deschutes Growery is a hybrid mashup of diametrically opposite strains. It was created by crossing East Coast Sour Diesel and Triangle Kush, and emits a complex bouquet of lemons, diesel, and earth. This strain’s cannabinoid profile contains just over 21% THC as well as touches of terpenesterpinolenelimonene, and ocimene. The overall tone and effects of the strain are uplifting and smooth.

This strain has beautiful multi-colored foliage and a terpene profile that balances between the strain’s parentage, expressing aromas of sweet and gummy industrial chemicals. Bodega Bubblegum’s enticing appearance, fast flowering time, complex aroma, and pleasant semi-sedative effects make this strain a must-have for indica-lovers.

Stardawg 91 Leafly cannabis strain tile
Stardawg 91

Stardawg 91 by Deschutes Growery is an indica-dominant combination of incredibly potent genetics. This common-sense cross of Stardawg and Chemdawg 91 is a pungent mashup of chemical aromas and powerful physical effects. It expresses aromatic notes of grease and fuel that speak to a varied terpene profile of beta-caryophyllenelimonene, and humulene. While this strain floats around 20% THC, mind your dosage; Chemdawg genetics are famous for their potency, and this strain has a long lineage of Chemdawg descendants.
